1. Introduction

  • These terms and conditions govern your use of the online payment service offered by SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai through Rise ERP.
  • By using this service, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree, you must not use this service.

2. Payment

  • Payments made through the online fee payment service are non-refundable and non-transferable except under certain conditions.
  • SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai reserves the right to change the fee structure at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment processing will be initiated once the payment is confirmed.

3. Security

  • SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai uses a secure payment gateway to process payments. However, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the gateway.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details, including credit/debit card information.

4. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding payments made through the Rise ERP application should be addressed to SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai, within 7 days of the transaction.
  • SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the online fee payment service.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

7. Refund Policy

  • Duplicate/Excess payment: Applications for refunds should be submitted to the Deputy Development Commissioner with valid reasons.
  • Earnest Money Deposit/Security Deposit: Refunds will be processed after verification and approval by the Competent Authority.
  • For alternate payment methods, applications with justification must be submitted to the Deputy Development Commissioner.
