1. Introduction
- These terms and conditions govern your use of the online payment service offered by SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai through Rise ERP.
- By using this service, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this service.
2. Payment
- Payments made through the online fee payment service are non-refundable and non-transferable in normal circumstance except for condition number 7 below.
- SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai reserves the right to change the fee structure at any time without prior notice.
- Payment processing will be initiated once the payment is confirmed.
3. Security
- SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai, uses a secure payment gateway to process payments. However, SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai, shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the payment gateway
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details, including your credit/debit card information.
4. Disputes
- Any disputes regarding payments made through the Rise ERP application should be addressed SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai, within 7 days of the transaction
- SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai, reserves the right to investigate and resolve any disputes regarding payments made through the online fee payment service
5. Limitation of Liability
- Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, arising out of or in connection with the use of the online fee payment service
6. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India
7. Refund Policy
- Duplicate/ Excess payment: In case the user made duplicate/ excess payment inadvertently, an application to be made to the Deputy Development Commissioner/ Estate Officer mentioning the reasons for the same. Duplicate payment/ Excess amount received in the account will be refunded to their original payment method after due verification and approval from the Competent Authority
- Ernest Money Deposit/ Security Deposit: An application to be made to the Deputy Development Commissioner/ Estate Officer mentioning the Tender details, EMD/ Security Deposit amount will be credited to their original payment method after due verification and approval from the Competent Authority
- In case the user needs the refund/ EMD/ Security Deposit in other account/ payment method a application with appropriate justification to be submitted to the Deputy Development Commissioner/ Estate Officer
