1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the online payment service offered by SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai through Rise ERP.
By using this service, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree, you must not use this service.

2. Payment

Payments made through the online fee payment service are non-refundable and non-transferable except under certain conditions.
SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai reserves the right to change the fee structure at any time without prior notice.
Payment processing will be initiated once the payment is confirmed.

3. Security

SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai uses a secure payment gateway to process payments. However, it shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the gateway.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details, including credit/debit card information.

4. Disputes

Any disputes regarding payments made through the Rise ERP application should be addressed to SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai, within 7 days of the transaction.
SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai reserves the right to investigate and resolve disputes.

5. Limitation of Liability

SEEPZ SEZ, Mumbai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the online fee payment service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

7. Refund Policy

Duplicate/Excess payment: Applications for refunds should be submitted to the Deputy Development Commissioner with valid reasons.
Earnest Money Deposit/Security Deposit: Refunds will be processed after verification and approval by the Competent Authority.
For alternate payment methods, applications with justification must be submitted to the Deputy Development Commissioner.
